Shahada
لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّٰهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ ٱللَّٰهِ
The Arabic text on the top circular part of the gravestone is the Muslim Shahada, which is translated to English as, “There is no god but God, Muhammad is the messenger of God.”
